My baby is totally off-schedule (see the jetlag question I posted). Now I am trying to get her back of schedule and help her try to sleep a 6-8 hr. stretch at night. Anyone have schedule ideas? I generally like to go to sleep around 12:45 am and want to wake up the least amount possible, but not have a cranky baby the whole night.

Hatzlacha getting answers. IIRC my 4 mo. olds weren't on much of a schedule. They may have been getting a solid chunk of a few hours somewhere during the night but I was nursing on demand.

BH my baby sleeps well at night but she also goes to bed late. Like 11 or 12. But she sleeps til like 930. Sometime she wakes up earlier but if I don't go into her room she will self sooth back to sleep.
But I was wondering too what time ppl put their babies to bed. I feel like she should b going to sleep earlier.
GL getting ur baby on a schedule.
