can't seem to find warm boots that dd likes.

It's a hard age. I ended up buying boots at Marshalls. They are more "fashion boots" (no heels, though) than "snow boots". I gave in because DD liked them and I had no more energy for shopping, oh and they were $30 lol. Dd swears she LOVES them (she's been wearing them most days). We'll see what she says when the real cold weather hits.

I bought my almost 12 year old boots from target, she loves them. Try target.com.
