I've been to Miami beach more times than I can count but never heard of this area. Where is it?

Masada (there are actually 2) is located on indian creek drive and the 30s. Many of the apartments are occupied by elderly snowbirds and I doubt that too many of the owners are on imamother, it's a pretty chassidishe crowd.
