Anyone know how or where to register cards? I found the offer on the AMEX website, but can't figure out how to register for it. Thanks!

You can either go to Shopsmall.com or to Americanexpress.com, log in to your account and click on the "Amex offers" tab.

I live way out of town and am wondering whether any stores will issue a gift card if I give them my info over the phone?

Amother in Lakewood there is something called the gift registry that is a gift card that can be used in a lot of stores in Lakewood and she does gift cards. You have to call before Saturday because she is busy the whole Saturday swiping the cards that she doesn't take new orders on Saturday.
In Lakewood you can call toys 4 u, flying colors baby, judicial plaza, yussi's, they all advertised that you can call. Let me know what type of stores you are looking for and ill tell you more stores there are too many to list.

Double header advertised that they will not be open on motze shabbos but they WILL be taking credit cards over the phone b4 shabbos & swiping them motze...

Organizer on 47th st and new Utrecht ave will be adding an additional 10 dollars for each 30 dollars you swipe your card 3 times and can get a$40 gift certificate ,!

Here in Bklyn you can call the organicer store and they will take your card number over the phone

just so you guys know- t4u said NO GIFT CERTIFICATES. only actual purchases. (afaik)
also just a side note: I hear stores in Monroe are opening up Motzei Shabbos just for this  it's really great for business!

Toys for thought in Lakewood is putting a special on magna tiles that they are selling it for 80 instead of 110 or 120 so if you swipe ur card nine times you get te original brand me set plus 10 credit

WwMom organicer is a woman's dream come true type of store .They have everything for every room in your house kitchen bathroom den basement playroom every bin or basket containers gadgets gorgeous lucite products etc. Everything to help you organize your home!I will buy my chilrens teachers gift certificates for Chanukah from that store.
