I have been trying to make the straps looser. The child im trying to fit in the seat is with in the lumits. I cant seem to fit her in. Cant find any info online or in the car manual. I think the straps are as loose as they get, but it makes no sense that she shouldn't fut...

How big is the child? Integrated car seats usually have very limited use.

She is little and about 30 punds, not tall, limit on seat says 40 and taller then her.

Does she have a long torso? The straps should be coming from above her shoulders- are they?

Its not my kid, its a kid I drive for carpool. She is 3 but smallwr then my small 2 year old. Short and skinny. The shoulder strap fut her well l ength wise. They are really hard to buckle in though. They need to be looser

They are notoriously difficult to adjust... Try calling Chrysler.
