I have a lot of cooked pumpkin, and don't want to make it into different recipes yet. I use pumpkin year round in baked goods, soups, pumpkin challah, etc. How can I "save" it?
I tried to freeze pumpkin last year but it got major freezer burn.

maybe put them into smaller portions & double bag them making sure there is no air
