I was learning the parsha with one of my children and my ds asked, what did they learn in Shem and Eivers yeshiva? A side note, what does Eiver mean?

Presumably "Ever" means "across", as in MeEver lanahar, across the river, from which root we also get the term Ivri for a Jew, because Avraham came from across the river.
Eiver meaning the male organ is spelled with an aleph and means simply "an organ".

What was the name of Shems great grandson? In R. Juravels book he writes Eiver, so you see my question.

ישיבה של שם ועבר

This.
Who knows what they learned? Or if it even existed or was an aggadik construct to teach us various lessons? Or some say they learned Gemara. Or the sefer that Adam Harishon wrote. Or Noach's 800 page thesis (yes, this too is in the Midrash).
