Non-kitchen lover - thats me. so when I come across an easy yummy revipe its a score.
the recipe calls for amounts but adjust according to how much you need.
2lb chicken cutlets
2 eggs
1 cup flour
Sauce:
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup brown sugar
Handful of sesame seeds.
Directions: dip cutlets in egg and then flour on each side and then place in frying pan with some oil until golden brown on each side.
Move cutlets to a baking pan (I use square foil pan)
mix sauce and pour over.
Bake for 15-20 min.
I also cook up rice and mix it into the pan after I take out of oven.
Nothings left.... even my super picky 3 year old ate his share!
And my baby ate half my plate!
