Just made a puff pastry beef roll up... have 1/2 pound of raw ground already seasoned- too little to make hamburgers or meat balls- any ideas aside from freezing it too add to more ground beef later?

You can make 2 burgers. Or bake 8 meatballs.
Or brown the meat and add to sauce for spaghetti.
Or make a chili with ground meat and kidney beans and spoon over hot dogs in buns.
Or brown and serve 1-2 people a wrap for lunch.

Make a chili or spaghetti sauce. I love BY cookbook's Mexican Chili. But a standard spaghetti sauce recipe w browned ground meat in it is always YUM. Bulk it up w things like onions. Peppers, maybe a few franks or sausage slices tossed in - YUM

another vote for 2 burgers or just sauté' the meat for a quick snack like a taco
if it wasn't frozen prior to today - you can just freeze it as you mentioned for next chopped meat dinner recipe - however do not refreeze defrosted meat
