Please tell me everything you know about a Penn Foster diploma. Is it considered a GED or a standard academic diploma? Will community colleges accept it? What are the positives and negatives?

I don't have personal experience with PF but it is a regular high school diploma, not a GED, that should be accepted by community colleges.

My dc will probably go for it; it's being offered in Israel.
