I am looking for a book w/ a method to help my baby sleep. Does anyone have a book that they can recommend? Baby is almost 5 mos. and I am not into co-sleeping.

The sleep lady's good night sleep tight.
Love this one. It works. And it's a very balanced method- doesn't let u leave the baby crying himself to sleep, yet u train the baby to fall asleep on his own within 10 days to 2 weeks.
Good luck!!

1) The Baby Whisperer
2) Healthy Sleep Habit, Happy Child

Both amazing, easy to read and practical to implement.

I found the articles on thebabysleepsite.com very helpful. she also has coaching services but those are really expensive, I didn't use them. if you have the time to go through it, you really can find all the info you need on the site. the book "the no-cry sleep solution" by elizabeth pantley also has most of the same info. what I found MOST helpful from the baby sleep site was the amount of wake time babies need by age. sometimes that's all you need to know to help your baby sleep better, I'm not kidding...

good luck!
