Check out Yacht Club.
But it's quite expensive this time of year.
Most buildings in Turnberry/ Aventura don't allow short term rental
Private people still rent out, but they can get in big trouble with the condo association.
The Community Magazine and Image may have some resources, also.
You can pick them up around shops in Flatbush
Also keep in mind, if you are able to rent in MysticPointe, there is no Eruv there.
The Eruv ends by the synagogue.
You also have 2 hotels, but they are expensive.
Mariott and Turnberry golf club. About 1-1.5 mile from the shul.
Just ask if they are on the walking path to make sure it's the right Mariott

You might be able to find the magazines classifieds on line.
Also, I'm talking about the Turnberry area of Aventura.
You may have luck in waterways/Aventura lake area.
Google search short term rentals in Aventura Fl.

The villas are in North Miami Beach, a good 15 minute drive to Aventura

try www.vrbo.com I stayed at a really nice condo in the marenas resort in sunny isles, not expensive, on the beach, clean, and beautiful!
