Can someone please give me some names of decent (not fast food type places) mehadrin restaurants in the center of town. Also, if anyone knows a place near the israel museum, that would also be helpful.

Village Green on Ben Yehuda is a nice vegetarian/dairy restaurant that's certified by Belz.
My favorite was always Lattecini, certified by R' Rubin iirc, but I'm not sure it still exists.
If it doesn't have to be in the center, the Muscat on Kanfei Nesharim is good, and is R' Rubin.
And VIP on either Malchei Yisroel or Mea Shearim, which I just went to a couple weeks ago with my father, has redesigned and is amazingly fancy, and is Eida Chareidis.
