Hi,
I sold an item on eBay and the buyer has 0 feedback and is not selling anything. He never paid nor made contact. What is the process? How long do I have to edit before reporting him and should I email him?

I would contact him with a gentle reminder. Sometimes newbies are unaware to pay and they need prodding. Other times, they're fake accounts. Standard is 3-4 days and you can open a case with eBay if it is not paid. I've had this happen several times and it was not a big deal (although aggravating that my item had to be relisted!) One of my buyers I think something awful must have happened to her, as she had a lot of very positive feedback as a buyer and seller and then all of a sudden her feedback (as I was waiting for payment) were from her buyers saying item never shipped, seller not answering back....she never answered mine or eBay's messages either

I sent him an email but he thing is the item I auctioned off there are a lot on eBay so how so I know t wasn't someone who is selling same item on another name and he just wants the buyers for his items?

So sorry this has happened to you. I've sold a lot on eBay, and have dealt with a non-paying buyer. Generally, if I do not receive payment in 3 days, I send an invoice and reminder email. I give them 1 day to respond. If I hear nothing, I open a case with eBay. Yes, it is a pain, but you must do it. Without a resolved case for non-payment, eBay will charge you seller's fee, whether you have received payment or not!
