What can I serve for Shabbos lunch if I don't have any chicken cutlets around to use?
Chulent, and something else as a main.

Not sure if you have deli around but deli roll or deli in a salad
If you have chicken on the bone there's a delicious breaded chicken in the kosher palette called Crispy garlic chicken that comes out super moist (I can get you the recipe if interested)

How about a baked salami- cut the salmai into thick rounds. Mix. chilli sauce, brown sugar and some mustard. Pour over salami and bake for about 45 min. (of course not the most nutritious thing!) What protein do you have in the house?
Or you could do a meatloaf or meatballs if you have that or meat lasagna.

Meat roll - minced meat mix similar to meat balls in puff pastry. Warm and slice.
