Here is what is being provided:
Chulent, kugels (3 kinds), 4 salads, herring, gefilte fish, baked goods, drinks, all paper goods, waiters.

For 125 people

In Brooklyn the going rate of ~$9/person covers cholent, 2 kugels, basic baked goods platters, gefilte fish or herring (sometimes both), drinks, and paper goods. For 125 people you'd need 3 waiters, which runs ~$250-$300. The extra kugel and salads should add another few hundred, so I'd say around $1800 or so would be reasonable.
