Great websites, Catonmylap.

One of them had this, in case anybody needs a wedding dress for sixty dollars:

I'm short and chubby, I think I look fine in maxi dresses. Try looking for petite sizes with an empire waist or an a-line cut, not with awkward elastic that hits right on your hips. Also, try topping it with a cardigan instead of wearing it alone over a long sleeve shell.

They start at size 12. It could be shortened, of course.

Dolly, you are an amazing fount of information when it comes to clothes and accessories. Do you Google this stuff specifically for the individual poster, or do you have all this info at your fingertips anyway?

I Google. Some of it is already in my Favorites because I use it myself, or I made a note for possible future use.

I love to dig stuff up. I know a website entirely for suspenders and another entirely for chopsticks. It's a wonderful world.

Where do you think the "Frum" robes come from?

Look at the tag of your robes. Tell me if they are made in Israel.

Many, many, many of them are actually made in Canada. Mostly Montreal. I would never support a muslim company!!

How do you know the company in Montreal isn't owned by a Muslim? I once saw a Muslim woman shopping in a Jewish robe store in Boro Park.

The vast majority of shabbos robes are produced by 3 frum companies in Montreal; Simondona, H&L and Lollipop. You will not see these names on the tags, they each produce numerous lines under multiple brand names. Incidentally, the owners are all fabulous people and pillars of the community.
