Fluent: only English, and I'm not so sure about the English sometimes!
Moderately well: Hebrew
Enough to understand a little but not really speak: Yiddish
Learned some at one point and only remember bits and pieces, in order of how well I still know them: Spanish, German, Arabic, ASL, French, Japanese. There might be more, and I'll edit if there are. I took a lot of languages in high school and college.

I am fab at translating male-grump, supersonic-200-word-per-minute teen girl/ over excited child and speak tired-wife.

I can read doctor-squiggle and speak and translate doctor-speak into patient-speak fluently, with a special interest in difficult-topic-broaching.

My favorite languages are spaniel, guinea pig and baby coot (type of water bird).

I can speak some words in "jewish-geography", but am totally rubbish at fashion-and-makeup-talk : I just can't remember the vocabulary. ;-)
