Can anyone share a recipe with me.

The cheeses here are so different from the ones I grew up with in NY.

Please help me.

I have a very yummy recipe, I don't remember it off hand but I'll bl"n post it tomorow. It has a container of 5% gvina livana,one of cottage cheese, eggs, sugar,and cinnamon.

1 250 gram cottage cheese
1egg
1 vanilla sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour

mix and fry

I quadruple this for 8 people.
