I thought I had this recipe saved, but I cant find it! it was a recipe for oven baked chicken cutlets. you coat nuggets with flour, then cover in a sauce and bake on a cookie sheet. it was sooo good. it was from the ami, I think one of elky friedmans recipes. id be so grateful! thanks!
