This. I taught that age from 9:30-2:30 for many years.
THere was a first pickup right after lunch at 12:30, second pickup at 2:30
Kids who stayed would nap until 10-15 mins before the end of school.
As the year went on and some kids stopped napping (this is the age where parents are usually trying to phase out the naps), the awake kids would have some quiet play and then outdoor play, during the time the other kids were napping.
