Currently I am using Neutrogena's Brightening Eye perfector.
It is similar to a concealer.
I usually wear it alone around my eyes to brighten the area
Its very easy to put on, click the bottom, skin toned liquid enters the brush and I put it on (similar to a lip gloss)
I am almost out of it.
I bought this one because it was the only one I could find at the drugstore. I dont want to spend department prices, but are there any similar drugstore products or the same product but different brand that anyone recommends?

I use a Mary Kay facial highlighting pen (sounds like the same kind you described); I use it as/instead of a concealer. I find that brightening the area works better than concealing.
