I want her to look more tznius. not interested in seeing her bare arms and the outline of her tush.
she offered to wear a uniform, but I dont know where to get one.
any places near five towns? or good websites to try?

That may be a little difficult to find in a non wholesale setting. You may want to look for a uniform company that sells maintenance/janitorial uniforms and ask to pay for a sample (if they allow that)....
