Is it reliable? Restaurant in question says its Glatt but I see some questionable info online.

As far as I know it means very little.
I asked a rabbi here in ny he said they don't have mashgichim or standards or anything (not even low ones).
If the restaurant is vegan and raw yeah I guess nothing will go wrong but they certify meat restaurants as well.

Vegan can be treif too. Vegetables need to be checked for bugs, products still need heckshers, etc.

According to Google:

Cup K supervision:
Rabbi Israel Mayer Steinberg of Vaad Harabonim Lemeshmeret Hakashrut

Perhaps someone who has questions can contact him and ask.

I don't know you or your standards, but this is not a hashgacha that we feel comfortable eating from. You should definitely do your homework before just assuming that it's in NY so it must be fine.

I don't know your hashgafa at all, but we hold anything by this rav to be unreliable.

I believe most of the restaurants with cup K are open on shabbos

Many rabbis allow a coffee anywhere.
Many products can be had without hechsher.
For food, one may need to consider marit ayin esp a man (kippa etc), ask a shaila on this.
