I just got this cookbook and am wondering which recipes you know/have tried and are amazing?

Side question-does anyone have any idea how to re-create the BBQ sauce used in Prime Grills duck spring rolls and bbq short ribs? I am desperate for it!

Just got mine today. Would also love to know which recipes are good. I have had the smoked short rib tacos at Reserve Cut and they were delicious. Would love to make them but don't know where to get the smoked jalapenos or if I can use somethings else.

The smoked jalapeños are called chipotle peppers and they are found in most chain grocery stores.
