is it no 'hard' feelings or no 'heart' feelings

I think it should be heart - because that is where we feel pain or let it go Broken Heart

Both: and pharoah hardened his heart... so hearts and feelings can be hard.

And Debsey, since when is heart a verb? Wink

Look it up on urban dictionary - entered the vernacular once "Text speak" became classified as English......

It literally means "I kinda love you" - said by a boyfriend/girlfriend before they're ready to say the big "L" word.
I kid you not...... etymology fascinates me.

Why don't you start your own poll? How many women will vote "no"?

I love words, too!
I was surprised to see you using teenspeak... Didn't know it was official! Thanks for that...

I love teenspeak.

I consider myself an intrepid anthropologist, visiting a foreign culture, whenever I listen to my teenage daughters speak....(without trying to trigger anyone's trauma over she-who-must-not-be-named).

Totally OT, but my teenage daughter spent THREE hours with her BFF on the phone. Ostensibly they were "studying" That was done in about 15 minutes, about an hour into this conversational marathon......She was doing chores around the house and cooking her "diet" food for the week while she shmoozed, so I didn't say anything....and then I went to the Doctor - was going crazy from the long wait - got home - my kitchen was beautifully tidy and she was STILL on the phone. I asked (via sign language, so as not to ch"v embarrass her in front of her friend) who she is talking to and she blushed and said still "X"......

Another PLANET, I tell you!

In the same vane, during shul announcements, I always wonder if its "we wish to extend a hearty mazel tov" or a "hardy mazel tov".
