Or "No forgot". Didn't happen to me, I happen to be fasting, but I know of people who forgot, woke up, and had a hearty breakfast.

no. I only fast on yk and 9 av. I get bad migraines from not being able to drink water and was told long ago to just fast the two big ones.

Every fast I say thank you HM for my chassidishe roots... and I'm nursing. And my youngest is under 2. And I'm easily weak. And I'm a migrainer. And and and.

Yes. This is always the easiest of the minor fasts for me. On Tzom Gedaliah I am always hung over from Rosh Hashana and never feel good. This year I felt so bad I didn't even make it to chatzot. Ta'anit Esther is difficult b/c fasting is the last thing you feel like doing the day before Purim and 17 B'Tammuz is long and it's always so hot out.
