I've really wanted to make changes to my not so healthy lifestyle, & start learning abt better food choices, alternative options in natural healing etc.
There is so much info on the web, but not everything written is accurate, or reliable. R there any website online that r known to be useful in obtaining info regarding health topics. I would b interested in Jewish or non-Jewish sites or blogs. Any recommendations would b greatly appreciated

I love healthtap.com. You can send in questions for free (up to 150 characters) and you can personalized answers from doctors. I've been very impressed with what I've learned from them.
