Forgive me ahead of time if this is the millionth post of this nature as I did not search before hand....
I'm feeling guilty because my suppers have not been up to par. It happened too many times last week that I would be like, "eggs or cereal tonight?"
I generally am very into making nutritious and filling food but it has been ridiculously busy around here lately.
Does anyone have good ideas for HEALTHY, filling, nutritious and FAST suppers or are all those things oxymoron's?
Something like stick the snitzel with the rice and water and spice and bake, throw together and salad and soup.....Such ideas would be amazing!! (I'm also on a diet, so I'm mainly looking for separate proteins and carbs so I can leave out the carbs for myself, so no lasagna...)

Thanks! Smile

Corn flaked chicken cutlets baked and mashed potatoes.
Salmon and rice....Salmon...pour a mixture of maple syrup, soy sauce and garlic powder bake @ 400 for 20 min.
Rice in the rice cooker.
whole chicken w/baby carrots, chunks of potatoes in the crock pot. No spices or sauce needed. Cook all day. Salt and pepper b4 serving
Corn flaked baked tilapia and string beans. Buy washed and trimmed green beans. Boil for short amt of time. Toss w oil, garlic and salt
gefilte fish patties. Defrost. Form into patties, corn flake and bake.
When using corn flakes, you don't eggs, they stick better than bread crumbs and are healthier.

I love cutting the chicken breasts into small pieces and cooking it over the fire.
So many recipes and doesn't take more than 15 minutes for it to cook and there's no oil!
I usually make rice to go with it in a separate pot.
