What's your favorite recipe that goes into a tube pan or bundt pan? Please, nothing with shortening. Thanks!

I make the lemon cake from this site all the time. (THanks shopaholic) It is delicious!
I like strawberry short cake. I sometimes make the sponge part without the whip and strawberries.

Caramel cake

I think its originally from the Binah, I could be mistaken.

Beat:
4 eggs
1 3/4 c sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
Then add:
1 pkg vanilla pudding
3/4 c oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c orange juice
1/2 c coffee whitener
3 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 c flour
1/2 c caramel chips, melted

Bake at 350 for 1 hr 10 min in a bundt pan.

Glaze:
Heat until smooth:
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c coffee whitener
Then beat in:
1 c confectionary sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Pour over cake when after cake is cool.

ENJOY!
