I got this incredibly easy recipe from my sister in law, I changed it to make it less rich but you can make it either way---
(She claims the problem with raw eggs is only the yolks- so those are cooked- I don't know if it's true. personally, I wash eggs well with warm water and soap and then I have no issue using them raw)
round pan with graham cracker crust
4 eggs
150 gram chocolate (sil does 200 gram)
1/4 cup sugar
whip up 4 whites with 1/4 cup sugar
melt 150 gram chocolate
add 4 yolks and cook until it boils (first pour some chocolate into the yolks so that the eggs don't scramble)
fold together and pour into pan. freeze.
defrost for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving
