This is long but completely beautiful. Whenever people talk about "having it all" they seem to forget that men's choices are often as constrained as women's are, it's just that men's default option (professional success) is seen as more important and prestigious than women's default option. I love RBG, and I loved this article.

Great article, I especially loved the writer showing how he puts his child over his career. We need more of that in America's corporate world.
