NACHAS REPORT:

[4-8th grade boys went to siyum Mishnaios in Montreal 2 weeks ago]

"This excellent conduct began on the trip to Montreal during which the boys shared their snacks with thhe chaperone, saod than you to the staff and the rest areas, answered the questions of the border police with derech eretz and listened to shiurim in the vans s. The hosts and hostesses in Montreal were very impressed by the boys behavior. The where quiet ehen asked, shared divrei Torah at the seudah, entertained the hosts' children, helped serve and clear and expressed their thanks to their hosts. One hostess even commented that she'd like to move to Providence to raise children such as these. Another hostess called her guest' parents on Sunday to complient the boys on their behavior. When the Providence boys were together with boys from the other groups, our boys stood out in a very positive way."

Children from Providence are known for being very aidel with middos tovos-- many menhalim of yeshiva high schools throughout the NY area like taking Providence boys. Often they have not covered as much ground in gemara/mishnayos as boys from "mainstream" schools in flatbush/monsey, etc.., but
1) their excellent behavior/middos/derech eretz compensates
2) by the middle of ninth grade, they catch up

the girls who stay in providence for high school have no problem getting into excellent, mainstream seminaries-- BJJ, michlalah, BY Intensive, etc....
