Looking for a space planner in Brooklyn

I need to make a layout for my duplex. I have the plan sketched. I need someone to put it on paper properly for the contractor. Not for legal filing. Any ideas?

Sam Obstfeld has a great reputation in this area, but it'll cost you. I think something like $1500 for an initial 4-hour consult, plus $300 an hour afterward.

I used sofer he was amazing he saved us so much space and knew what could be moved and what can't. We changed the whole plane

I used Shlomo Drazin - Blueberry Design - I think he is the best space planer and the market... he gave us great service and amazing ideas and a great architectural layout job....
