There are a bunch of styles of venetinni and umi shoes in a lot of different sizes on sale on myhabit for about $34 (plus 3.99 shipping I think).
mostly what they consider the more wintry styles, I believe, but worth a look if you are into those kinds of shoes for your kids!

My DD just needed new shoes and I got her a suede pair with a bow on it - Spanish company, forgot the name.

Just a word of warning - the shoes were ok but the bow untied, and the string ripped when we tried to retie. This, on the first day she wore them.
