THANK YOU EVERYONE! so noone knows what I mean with the chocolate pudding? okay I guess I have to ditch that idea. unless someone can find it in a cookbook. I still hope someone can give that to me. I just want to try that one too. thanks everyone I really appreciate it.
I make this often. What I like about it is that it's inexpensive. What gives a cappuccino the thick texture is ice cream, which makes it pricey. This recipe may not have the thickness you're looking for, but it's cheap and everyone loves it.
I agree I am not intrested in doing the ice cream. though I thought pp put in pudding for the thickness. I was hoping to get that type of recipe. thanks anyway

if you really want to try chocolate pudding ... get a package of instant chocolate pudding ... the kind that mixes up with milk

add your coffee ingredients to help liquify it - so it will be thicker than coffee & thinner than pudding ...

Two recipes from The Balabusta's Choice:
Ice Cream Cappuccino Malted
5 Oz. Coffee
1 pkg. Instant chocolate pudding
1 gallon cold milk
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 vanilla sugar (1 tablespoon)

Dissolve coffee and pudding in at least 1/4 cup boiling water. Add rest of ingredients and mix until smooth.
Serve with ice cubes and top with a scoop ice cream.

Refreshing Cold Coffee
1/2 gallon milk
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
3/4 cup sugar (Or a bit less)
1 scoop vanilla sugar
4 T. Coffee (diluted in 1/4 cup hot water)
3/4 tsp. Chocolate syrup
1/2 tsp. Chocolate liqueur (optional)
1 instant chocolate pudding

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Chill before serving.

Hope one of these is what you're looking for.
