He can be a waiter.

What type of food do you sell? (Mexican, Chinese, Italian would be pretty easy to dress up as)

one time for purim I dressed up as a choulent.... I think it was in high school, where each grade was a different part of shabbos or something... anyways, the way I did it, was I bought an inexpensive round laundry basket, cut out the bottom and attached shoulder straps, then stuffed brown lunch bags, with newspaper and taped them shut, then attacked them to rim of laundry basket sticking up, so they were like potatoes, and I think I wore a brown shirt. simple... you can also get creative and have other foods sticking out especially if you have special foods in your choulent

Pizza guy
Billboard (cardboard sign, "eat at Joe's")
Maitre d' in tux with menu
Hamentash or other food item
Place setting with foil fork, knife, spoon, and paper plate attached to shirt

Or just do the chef again. I promise you, nobody will report you to the Purim Police.

How about one of those rollerskating waitresses at 50s drive-in burger joints? Get cat-eye glasses, roller-skates, and balance a tray of burgers/fries/coke.

What do the waiters wear in the restaurant? He should wear the same thing. Maybe white shirt, block pants, and an apron with the company logo? And he can carry a tray with the mm on it.

They make chips that look like French fries. A bottle of soda. And if you do home baked stuff, you can make cookies thew at look like burgers (Google). And give out in the restaurant delivery packaging - white foam tray or a brown paper bag...

Hmm. Maybe dress him up as a delivery guy instead?
