Are there any issues bringing a stroller into the kotel plaza? What about the old city itself?

The walkways and pedestrian streets of the Old City are bumpy and contain stairs (yes, in the streets). A baby carrier is much easier to manuever than a stroller.
The Kotel Plaza is easier.

Only on Yom Tov do they not permit strollers into the davening area of the
Kotel due to crowding.

I would only do it with taking a cab to the old city, walking either through the old city is lots of stairs and around the parking lots (where cabs go) is a LONGG walk and steep at points. But the plaza itself is fine. We've done it before on Shabbos so then my husband does the stroller on the stairs but it's definitely a workout
