Somebody recently gave me some sourdough bread.
I really liked it.
I'm on a quest to eat better & smarter, and would love yo learn how to 1. Obtain a starter, &
2. bake my own sourdough bread.
I searched the Internet but I'm confused, because there are so many different methods, and it seems like it takes work until u figure it out.
I'm very into fermenting now, and I see a huge difference in my health Bh.
Is there any one that can teach me, or knows where I can get a starter and learn myself?
I'm in bklyn

Try calling these bakeries -- maybe they'll sell you some.

There's also an artisan bakery in Manhattan that I can't think of just now...
Have fun!
Or you can make your own - try reading smitten kitchen's bread posts. I find she's very clear and has lots of bread recipes.
