I made cheese blintzes and the recipe came out way too much of the cheese filling. Is there anything else I can make with the filling? or how can I store it? I have a lot of it.
TIA

Butter a muffin pan.
Put your favorite cookie on the bottom of each section (preferably a flat cookie).
Pour cheese filling on top.
Bake until firm, depends on how much you make but let's say 30 minutes. Let it settle in the oven after you turn it off.

Voila! Mini cheesecakes!

THANKS everyone, can I bake it in pastry puff squares to create mini cheese danishes? if yes, do I need to add anything to the mixture? and what dough is best for pastry? for how long do I bake them?

I would say the size of an Oreo. I think I used sandwich cookies the first time I tried this and it came out great.
I use a medium muffin pan.
