How do u deal with making a mistake at work? I'm usually a really good and devoted employee. Over the past 2 days, I made a few mistakes on my work. I'm pregnant and maybe that got to me? (I have an office job).
My point is that I apologized to my supervisor and promised I'll be careful, as I always am and was in the past. She was so disgusting to me and made me feel like such garbage. (Non Jewish) I wish I could move past this and let it go.... I guess I'm upset enough at not doing perfect work, and to be criticized and spoken to disgustingly, argh!
Any advice?

This advice is much easier to say than do, but it does work.

When dealing with a difficult person, separate what they say from what they want. Analyze what your supervisor wants. Is she the type that needs to be right all the time? Is she very concerned about how her underlings' mistakes will reflect on what others think of her own performance? Does she just have the habit to lash out for a day or two, and then, it's forgotten?

There are many books on the subject. Here is one good one:

Hatzlacha, and b'sha'ah tovah!
