Smart list: virtual phonebook from areas like Brooklyn, Montreal, London, etc... and they keep adding locals....
Google drive/sheets: we use it for day to day operation in both work and home...

Our groceries - you can sync grocery lists, so when dh goes shopping he knows what we need, and if I also go, I know what he crossed off!

Thanks for smartlist!! Was waiting for something like this, didn't know it existed.

Am I the only one with a siddur app? It feels so weird bentching from a screen. But it is better than mumbling bentching by heart... right?

I also have a siddur app. Very useful .

I love waze - gets me where I am going. It is the best gps app out there (IMHO)

Pango - for parking

Superpharm app - to put in the prescriptions and have them waiting when I get to the pharmacy

Kosher Free - great for finding food when in not familiar area
Jewish Music
Siddur
CalJ - great for zmanim when on the road
Smartlist
My Fitness Pal
Waze - amazing directions and traffic and police reports.

Games:
2048
Wordament

Occasional:
Border Buddy - great when crossing the border to canada and choosing highway to take
Wunderlist - great for before yom tov to sync our tasks to get ready, but otherwise don't really use.

MiynanNow has a lot of potential - but I don't think enough people have it. We've tried it amusement parks where there were enough frum people (that would have a smart phone). But no one ever responded.

Question: My friends and family around the world love Hangouts and do group video chats. I can never get it to work. The video freezes and the only sound I hear is chirps. anyone familiar with this issue?

There's a minyan app? I was thinking about coming up with that last chol hamoed.

People seem to not know about it. They should take out an ad pesach time and then it will take off.

I had gotten an e-mail about it once so got it. Its made by the same people as a lot of the Jewish apps so I guess I was on their mailing list. They don't charge so I doubt they will advertise. the GPS feature does sometimes lock up my phone but overall it is fantastic concept.

Hope this one helps others as much as it helped me.

GoodRX- it lets you search prescription meds prices. Free app. DH was without health insurance and meds cost a ton. Got this app. It compares prices of different meds and tells me who is cheapest. I use this app constantly.
