after buying them at Amnons in Boro park I decided to make them myself.
I cleaned some portabella mushrooms and took out the underneath ribs. Then I put tomato sauce and cheese on top and microwaved it for a few minutes and it was pizza without the high calorie crust!

Yummy!
I marinate the portobellos in fat free italian dressing first. Then I top with sauce and cheese and bake until bubbly.
