My brother is a vet, in Israel. Sort of traditional (they belong to a masorati shul) . does that help ?

My brother is only a teenager, but he's interested in becoming a veterinarian eventually and did an internship last summer at a vet's office. He assisted with minor surgeries and stuff... he's cool.

Have you tried feeding him chicken soup and challah from Shabbos, instead of the standard treifeh pet food?

Not even homemade gefilte fish does he like.
He writes things on the grocery list like 'buy cat food with bacon'. I seriously don't know what to do. He's attempted to kill me several times this year.

Gevalt!! Sounds like he needs kit-ruv ASAP!!
(The murder attempts I wouldn't worry about. It's normal for a kitteleh that age. Whatever age he is.)
