I am looking for ‘easy tools’ to help my kids in different ways.
I know many therapists, seits/para’s etc used these kind off stuff.
I saw once a simple page to help kids think of what happened in a certain situation, if they think they reacted the right way, and next time what to do better.
I am not sure if I am being clear.
Sheets and/or material to help them express themselves. Helping them become aware of their feelings, and what is bothering them.
Any things you can recommend?
Any therapist on board that can email me some stuff?
Or recommendation of what I can buy online (amazon)?

You can make your own cards and get ideas off the internet. Play the game on shobbos. Not really a game, just a 'topic for discussion.'

I think my teens would love something like this.

There is a social worker who just moved to Israel but will do phone consultations around the world. He has a website called www.bullies2buddies.com. He teaches kids communication skills which can be useful in a variety of contexts and situations. The techniques he teaches are fun and easy to learn and he can do it over the phone with your child. The fee is reasonable and well worth it for the understanding, the social skills, and the emotional maturity it will teach your child. His name is Izzy Kalman. Please look at the website and you can get his contact information from there.
