I want to make a souffle/lava cake/hot chocolate cake for shabbos. I found recipes online but since it's for shabbos, I'm worried it won't be the same if it on a plata instead of out of the oven. I really prefer not to use eggs but it's not because of an allergy so if I have to I will. Does anyone have a recipe without eggs? Or any experience with re-warming this type of thing on shabbos in general?
Thanks!

I sometimes make the famous magic self-saucing chocolate fudge pudding, the one where you pour hot water over it before you bake it. It has no eggs.
Sometimes it stays very saucy on the plata, other times it gets absorbed. But then it's a delicious hot chocolate cake anyway.

I found one recipe like that. Do you have a recipe for it?
