Does anyone have a seuda on Rosh Chodesh? Which day is commonly celebrated, first day or second?

dunno - but I can tell you that you missed adar

I would imagine that it would be on the 2nd day since it is usually the first day of that month ... as opposed to the first day which is the last day of the previous month

but I have no actual knowledge ~ but I do wash & bentch on rosh chodesh
