I am looking for a full time nanny in Manhattan, for three little kids. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good agency or a know an excellent nanny looking for full time work? I'm looking for someone very good and attentive!

I would really appreciate any help, I need someone ASAP!

Thank you Smile

Don't know a nanny, but there's a wonderful agency called Hire Society that should be able to get you someone excellent.

Thank you! I think they charge 15% of the person's yearly salary as a finder's fee and that's a bit much for me -- does anyone know any agencies that don't charge that much to find someone, and that work with good people?

Thank you so much for your help!

I might know somebody.
Could you post an email address and I'll forward it to that person? You could then interview her and see if it works for you.
