Last year, I found this great Megillah App for my phone, that really helped me follow along. (I have a hard time following in the book, and even though my shul uses a projector to help follow, if I'm not sitting in the front, I can't follow it) So I just wanted to share the app https://play.google.com/store/.....hl=en The best part is, it automatically scrolls, [several speed settings] and if you need to pause the auto-scroll, you can do that too. (and I just realized they have a new button for a gragger  )
ps. this developer has the same sort of app for Aicha.
pps, I tried looking to see if Apple has a similar app, but I was unsuccessful in my search
