Can you freeze kreplach and how?

How do you freeze kreplach? before boiling, after boiling, after frying?

After u boil it for 7 min.....put each one in a separate little sandwich bag and freeze it

After I boil them I spread them out on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and put it in the freezer for a few hours. Once they are basically frozen I put them all in a big zip lock back and store it in the freezer that way. (Freezing them on the sheet before combining them in a bad prevents them from sticking to each other and freezing in one big clump). When I am ready to serve them I just drop them frozen into a pot of boiling soup and boil for a few minutes until they get hot.

You can also freeze them before boiling them -- use the same method as above.

If you're talking abt cheese kreplech, I've tried freezing after boiling and frying on y"t but that took very long. So now I fry it right after boiling then freeze it. It's yum! Just need to rewarm on y"t.

That's what I did on Friday... my mother obm used to make a huge batch of kreplech, for all my siblings too... the last few years I did it with/for her, and still treasure the memories... it's a great recipe btw. Freezes excellent
